In 1947, he started "Campos Foods" and in 1964 he also established "Senor Campos Enterprises" Mexican Restaurants. I worked for my father for over twenty years and owned and operated three "Senor Campos" restaurants. I LOVED his delicious salsa taste and couldn't find anything like it.
